Why did you choose this field?

I have always loved working with children and I want to make a positive impact on their lives. I could never decide on a path in healthcare or schools and I feel that the field of Speech Language Pathology provides the best of both worlds!

What did you think you were going to be when you grew up?

When I was really little I wanted to be a marine biologist, then wanted to be an optometrist when I got to high school.

What or who most inspires you?

My family.

I have a BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Dakota.
