Doctor.

What or who most inspires you?

My parents.

Why Teachwell?

I have heard nothing but great things about Teachwell from the start. The way that they treat their employees and their students is admirable and inspiring. It is important for an agency to put their students first, and Teachwell does just that. I am happy to finally be apart of it!

What are you proudest of?

I am the most proud of completing my Master's degree, buying/renovating my house, studying for my board exam, and planning a wedding all at once!

How do you hope to make a difference?

I hope to make a difference by providing my students with the skills and tools they need to live a happy and independent life.

What lessons has your work life taught you?

My work life has taught me that when you work hard and persist, great things will come.

What is your background? Experience, degrees, skills, etc.?

I attended South Dakota State University for my undergraduate studies and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In the summers, I worked for the Boys and Girls Club of the Sioux Empire. I graduated a semester early and jumped right into my Master's program through Ball State University while working at a clinic that provided Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy in Sioux Falls. I worked in the clinic for 2 years as a Lead Therapist. I graduated in May of 2020 with my Master's in Applied Behavioral Analysis. After I passed my board exam, I worked at Behavior Care Specialists as a Behavior Analyst until accepting a position with Teachwell.

People would be surprised to know that I . . .

played softball for 15 years and won a national championship
