Why did you choose this field?

It was something I did not expect to happen, but I am so happy I found it!

What did you think you were going to be when you grew up?

As a child I wanted to be a veterinarian, as I got older that changed to becoming an athletic trainer/nutritionist.

What or who most inspires you?

My sister Tania, she is the most kind, intelligent and understanding person I know. I am SO grateful to call her my sister.

Why Teachwell?

I worked in SPED in the Sioux Falls School District for about 3 years, I wanted to stay in the field and was told this is a great place to move forward to.

What are you proudest of?

Being a fur-mom to my weiner dog Gunter!!

How do you hope to make a difference?

By being the safe space our kiddos need, by showing patience and kindness always.

What lessons has your work life taught you?

I am a lot more patient than I thought I was.

What is your background? Experience, degrees, skills, etc.?

I worked at Jefferson High School in Special ED RISE for about 3 years, I am a certified personal trainer and CPR certified as well.
