Why did you choose this field?

Being able to make a positive difference in someone's life is what makes this field meaningful.

What did you think you were going to be when you grew up?

I've always loved animals and thought I would work at a zoo.

What or who most inspires you?

My family, the people I work with, and seeing others overcome challenges and succeed.

Why Teachwell?

I wanted to work with young adults, support their growth, and help them build confidence and independence as they prepare to go into the work force.

What are you proudest of?

I'm proud of my family.

How do you hope to make a difference?

I hope to make a difference by supporting others, encouraging them to believe in themselves, and helping them reach their goals.

What lessons has your work life taught you?

The importance of patience, teamwork, flexibility, and never giving up on someone.

What is your background? Experience, degrees, skills, etc.?

I spent 12 years with the Tea Area School District, working as a middle school resource para, high school life skills, and middle school/ high school ELL para. I'm passionate about supporting students, building relationships, and helping others reach their full potential.
