Why did you choose this field?

I chose this field because I genuinely enjoy helping people achieve their goals and discover their purpose. Supporting others as they grow and overcome challenges is rewarding to me, and I find fulfillment in making a positive impact in people's lives.

What did you think you were going to be when you grew up?

An accountant

What or who most inspires you?

The people who inspire me most are those who face every obstacle placed before them and overcome them with absolute tenacity and grace.

I am drawn to Teachwell because you understand that education and career development change lives. I want to dedicate my skills to assisting individuals in discovering what they are truly capable of, guiding them into sustainable jobs that inject a deeper sense of purpose into their everyday routines.

What are you proudest of?

What I am most proud of is learning that doing things for others isn't helping them. Real help is having the patience to guide someone as they learn to do things for themselves and gain confidence in their own abilities.

How do you hope to make a difference?

I hope to make a difference by assisting people with finding their independence and purpose.

What lessons has your work life taught you?

Work has taught me that doing for others is not helping others, assisting others to find a way that works for them is helping. My goal is to foster growth not dependency.
