What or who most inspires you?

I am most inspired by the great kids I pass each day in the hallway and former students I am proud to see around town living their lives successfully. They make a significant impact on my commitment to this work.

How do you hope to make a difference?

What I want most is to be able to provide lift and support to those who are on the ground each day serving Teachwell's students.  I hope to continue to build, supervise, support and retain a group of highly talented individuals in order to make Teachwell the kind of organization where people find their own place to grow. 

What is your background experience – degrees, experience, skills?

Bachelor's Degree from Augustana University in Elementary Special Education, a Master's in Educational Administration from South Dakota State University, and a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Sioux Falls.
