Why did you choose this field?

I have always loved working with children and enjoy helping them be their best.

What did you think you were going to be when you grew up?

A mom!

What or who most inspires you?

People who lead with love and positivity.

Why Teachwell?

I was looking to make a change from my former job and Teachwell offered the ability to continue to help children while eliminating travel time.

What are you proudest of?

My family!

How do you hope to make a difference?

I like to teach children to recognize their own strengths and areas to grow in, then show them ways to make positive change in their lives!

What lessons has your work life taught you?

Every child is different but at their core they want love and acceptance like the rest of us.

What is your background? Experience, degrees, skills, etc.?

This is my 29th year of speech therapy in the public schools. My undergraduate degree is in Speech Pathology from SDSU and a Masters degree in Education from Mt. Marty.
