What did you think you were going to be when you grew up?

A lawyer - my dad used to tell me (and honestly, still does) that I had an argument for everything.

Why Teachwell?

"Everyone is a genius, but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live forever thinking it is stupid." Intelligence and ability are not universal, and true potential can often be overlooked if it's measured by the wrong standards or judged on the skills one may lack, rather than the strengths they may possess.

How do you hope to make a difference?

By being a safe, kind, encouraging presence, by reminding students that there's something new to be learned every single day, and by demonstrating respect for both self and others, self and social awareness, honesty, and dependability.

What is your background? Experience, degrees, skills, etc.?

My professional background is in Customer Service, Retail, and Office Administration/Management. Some of my favorite positions have been with Princess Cruise Lines, AT&T, and Cresten Property Management.
